Here's everything you need to know about the first big tournament of the new season.

BLAST Bounty returns next week Teams and format A total of 32 teams will participate in BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2, of which 28 came from the Global VRS as of June 2 and four as Wildcard invites.

Some notable teams missing from the list are Natus Vincere , 9z , BetBoom , Legacy and PARIVISION .

The event will start online with the first two rounds of the single-elimination playoffs, each of which begins with a draft phase where the teams seeded in the bottom half pick from the top half.

Schedule and opening matchups

The online part of BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 will run from July 21-26. Four matches will be played each day, and you can see the opening round schedule below:

The top-eight teams will then have three days to travel to Malta to prepare for the LAN portion of the tournament taking place from July 30-August 2.

Prizes

BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 boasts a $1.15 million prize pool, split between prize money ($500,000) and club share ($650,000).

Instead of traditional prize money, each team in attendance will be assigned a "bounty" corresponding to their seeding in the event. The winning team secures 50% of their opponent's bounty as a cash prize, while the remaining 50% is carried over to the next match and gets added to the winning team's total bounty.

The club share will be split the following way among all the participants:

1-8. $40,000 9-16. $26,500 17-32. $7,500

The official Fantasy game for BLAST Bounty Season 2 will be split into two fixtures, a non-seasonal one for the online portion and a seasonal game once play hits the LAN phase in Malta from the quarter-finals.
