Public blockchain data is public by design. We may display, retrieve, or process public addresses, transaction records, and other on-chain data needed to provide the interface. Do not assume that an on-chain address is anonymous.

We may use information to operate and secure the service, provide requested functionality, prevent fraud or abuse, understand performance, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including security, dispute, accounting, and legal compliance needs. Retention may differ based on the type of information and applicable requirements.
3. Service providers and third parties
ColdMath may rely on third-party providers for authentication, wallet connection, blockchain infrastructure, analytics, hosting, market data, and other technical functions. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
When you follow a third-party link or interact with a third-party service, that party’s privacy policy applies. ColdMath is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services.
4. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service, device, wallet, or blockchain interaction is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, wallet credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and account access. Never send private keys or recovery phrases to ColdMath.
5. Your choices and requests
You may control certain browser storage and permission settings through your browser or device. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
To make a privacy request, contact the team through the official Telegram channel. Do not include sensitive wallet credentials in a message.
6. International use and updates
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Laws in those places may differ from the laws in your location. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version will always be posted on this page.
