1. Polymarket regional rules
ColdMath connects its prediction-market trading flow to Polymarket International. Eligibility is determined by your physical location when you use the service, not only by citizenship or residence.
- Do not trade from a restricted country or region.
- Do not use a VPN, proxy, privacy tool, or another method to bypass a geographic restriction. Polymarket treats circumvention as a violation of its Terms of Use.
- You remain responsible for following the laws and regulations that apply where you are physically located.
- Travel can change eligibility: Polymarket states that a user physically present in a non-restricted location may trade there, subject to the live regional check and applicable law.
2. What a restriction means
A regional restriction blocks new trading activity. Market information may remain available in view-only mode, but deposits or new orders can be unavailable depending on the location and the current Polymarket policy.
Close-only locations are different from fully available locations. In a close-only location, a user may close an existing position but may not open a new position. Other restricted locations may require an existing position to resolve before shares can be redeemed and funds withdrawn.
ColdMath does not override Polymarket’s eligibility decision. If the live Polymarket check reports that trading is blocked, ColdMath disables order submission and shows a regional warning.

Polymarket's official page currently contains 40 restricted country or territory codes. Poland, Singapore, Thailand, and Taiwan have a close-only exception: existing positions may be closed, but new positions cannot be opened.

4. Live checks and policy changes
The lists on this page are a convenience snapshot, not a guarantee of access. Polymarket may add, remove, or change restrictions without prior notice, and local law may impose additional limits even when a country appears in the available list.
The live regional response at the time you use ColdMath controls whether an order can be submitted. If the result looks wrong, turn off any VPN or proxy, confirm your device time and network location, refresh the page, and contact Polymarket Support if the restriction remains.
