By accessing or using ColdMath, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ColdMath may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

ColdMath is an informational interface. It is not a broker, exchange, casino, custodian, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the service is a recommendation, solicitation, or guarantee of any trade, market, strategy, result, or profit.

You make every decision independently. You are solely responsible for evaluating any market, verifying all information, understanding applicable rules, and deciding whether a transaction is lawful and suitable for you.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into these terms, meet the minimum age required where you are located, and will use the service only where it is permitted. You are responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, sanctions, taxes, reporting duties, and platform rules that apply to you.

Do not use the service from a restricted location, on behalf of a prohibited person, or to evade restrictions, controls, or third-party terms. We may block or limit access where we believe it is necessary to protect the service or comply with applicable requirements.

You control your wallet credentials, signatures, devices, and transaction approvals. You are responsible for reviewing every transaction before approving it and for protecting your private keys and recovery methods. Blockchain and network operations may be irreversible.

The service may display or link to third-party networks, wallets, liquidity venues, market operators, data sources, and other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. ColdMath does not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party systems, their availability, data, settlement, security, or conduct.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColdMath disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, security, and error-free operation.

We do not promise to recover funds, reverse transactions, resolve third-party disputes, restore access, correct data, or provide support in any particular timeframe. Any assistance is discretionary and does not create a duty or guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColdMath and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, opportunity, goodwill, market access, or business interruption arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid directly to ColdMath for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ColdMath and its contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your transactions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
