Team Spirit CS2 captain Boris magixx Vorobiev commented on the return of Sergei hally Shavaev behind the players and his work in tandem with Dmitry S0tF1k Forostyanko. Vorobiev shared his thoughts in a post-match interview on Sebastien krL Perez’s stream.

[Question: "What's up with the situation with hally and s0tF1k? Hally had some health problems. Is he better now?"] Yes, he's back. Everything was bad then, really bad. He spent almost a month in the hospital, they treated him for something. Perhaps not completely yet, but he is back and helping us a lot. At the major we played without a coach behind us. And now, for example, he took time outs. It was kind of a relief because sometimes when we lose a tough round, we get into a stressful situation, I run out of ideas or something strange happens, he might take a break. This gives us time to think about what is happening and what we want to do next. [Question: "If I'm not mistaken, s0tF1k has joined you too. What's his new role? I think he's helping you develop a lot."] Yeah, basically he's responsible for making sure we get the ideas right and understand how to make them better. Hally and I have ideas: add something, change something. And s0tF1k makes sure that everyone understands what to do, what role each player fills, and how we want to react in specific situations that may arise. It helps in places that we don’t always pay attention to when we come up with something new.

Team Spirit officially began working with two coaches ahead of the IEM Cologne Major 2026. Both mentors missed the major due to various problems and helped the team remotely.
