Sharks to play as DENDELE following partnership
Sharks have announced a partnership with DENDELE , a team participating in Kings League, a seven-a-side football format established in 2022 by former football player Gerard Piqué.
The majority-Brazilian roster will don a new moniker in the new season.
Sharks have announced a partnership with DENDELE , a team participating in Kings League, a seven-a-side football format established in 2022 by former football player Gerard Piqué.
The partnership means that Sharks ' CS team will now play under the DENDELE tag, with the organizations' social media profiles also being renamed.
The team recently played at the IEM Cologne Major and exited Stage 1 with a 1-3 record while still representing Sharks , and also qualified for the upcoming BLAST Open Porto, set to begin at the end of August.
The squad's first appearance under the DENDELE name will come at BLAST Bounty, where they are set to face FURIA in the opening round on Friday.
