The organizers of BETBOOM Streamers Battle 14 for Dota 2 rendered a verdict on the charges against Daxak Team member Mikhail eccobladee2k Anisimov. Based on the results of all checks, it was decided that Anisimov did not violate the regulations and will continue to perform at the tournament. The post was published on the event’s social networks.
Based on the results of the check, the organizers did not find accounts in which eccobladee2k had more than the declared 9 thousand MMR. The discovered rating of 11 thousand MMR, which Anisimov had, is not a violation. As a result, the player will continue to compete in the tournament, and his BSB rating will remain the same.
The only violation identified was the concealment of all accounts, information about which eccobladee2k was required to provide before the start of the championship. For this, the team received a sanction of 70 penalty seconds during the draft for each map until the end of the tournament. At the same time, the punishment was commuted, since Anisimov provided assistance during the proceedings.

Based on the results of an additional check, the organizers of BETBOOM Streamers Battle, represented by ESforce, made a final decision on the player WEWASTETIMEFADED (eccobladee2k). During the initial collection of information, the player WEWASTETIMEFADED provided an account with a current rating of about 9,327 MMR. During the subsequent verification, the player provided full access to all necessary data. Associated Steam accounts, match history on Dotabuff, activity on FunPay from all provided accounts and browsers, as well as information from personal correspondence on their own rating were checked. Based on the results of the check, no player account was found that currently had an MMR higher than the stated 9,327. The only mention of Dota 2 found on FunPay was from a publication about a year ago, in which 11,000 MMR was indicated. The very fact that about six months ago the player’s rating was approximately 11,000 MMR is not a violation. When submitting information, the player was required to provide an account with the highest current MMR, and verification confirmed that the account he submitted met this requirement. However, the player initially did not provide a complete list of game accounts belonging to him. This is a violation of clause 3.2.1 of the Regulations, which obliges participants to provide the Organizers with reliable, current and complete information. In accordance with clause 3.2.2, the team is jointly and severally liable for the actions of its participants. The Regulations do not provide for a separate fixed sanction specifically for incomplete provision of a list of accounts. Therefore, based on clauses 12.1.1 and 2.3.3 of the Regulations, taking into account the nature of the violation and by analogy with the established scale of game penalties, the Organizers decided to apply a level 2 penalty to the team - 70 penalty seconds during the draft for each map until the end of the tournament. When determining the sanction, mitigating circumstances were taken into account: the player fully cooperated with the subsequent verification, provided all the requested information, and the verification did not reveal accounts with a higher current MMR or signs of intentional data manipulation. The player's admission and current BSB rating are retained. No additional sanctions are applied to the player or team. The final decision on sanctions in accordance with clause 5.4.4 of the Regulations remains with the Organizers.
On July 30, Vladimir Vovapain Tolmachev published a post in which he doubted the honesty of eccobladee2k. Tolmachev believes that the Daxak Team carry deceived the competition organizers and actually has much more than the declared 9 thousand MMR, which is why he should have had a higher rating in the BSB ranking. In addition, the streamer provided screenshots that show that before the start of the event, Anisimov experienced a sharp increase in his performance on Twitch - in order to participate in BETBOOM Streamers Battle 14 as a content maker, you need to have about 20 thousand subscribers.
BETBOOM Streamers Battle 14 takes place online from July 27 to August 2. Eight teams are playing for ₽4 million. You can find out all the compositions of the participating rosters on a special page of the website. At the group stage, the Daxak team did not lose a single series and took first place in its quartet.
