Belarusian esportsman Artem Fng Barshak explained why Team Spirit did not part with Milan MiLAN Kozomara. In his opinion, if the organization has not kicked out the mentor, then he is making an impact.

This is the point: if everything is fine with you, then you can play calmly without a coach. But if everything is bad for you, then you should find a coach. The second coach is usually some kind of statistical analyst, rather: maybe he will say something, maybe not. Korb3n may also say something, maybe not. My point is that if the guys are holding it, it means there has already been an impact. And this is the most important thing when you keep a person in a team. I think, in general, they will look at the distance, how many resources are spent on the second coach and what is the profit from this. They will simply understand that the profit is not high enough, and they will probably remove it.

Team Spirit officially introduced MiLAN as a coach in March 2026. A few months later, Yaroslav Miposhka Naydenov returned to the team as a mentor, after which the team had two coaches.
