The carry of the BETBOOM Team Dota 2 team, Ilya Kiritych Ulyanov, commented on the performance of his team at the Esports World Cup 2026. The eSportsman summed up the results of the championship and thanked the fans for their support.

The tournament ended, unfortunately, not in victory; we took second place. It seems to me that this is still a worthy result, considering how difficult it was in the beginning during preparation. We improvised and developed very well during the tournament. I think we had a good chance of winning enough. The second one could definitely be squeezed. Somewhere the drafts failed, somewhere the builds could have been done better, somewhere on the map they could have played better as a team. There are a lot of details that we will improvise, obviously, in front of Int. Now there will be a little chill-out, and we will prepare for the Int. Let's try our best... Of course, I already want to win. Thank you very much to the fans who came to support our team. Your energy and support was very much felt at the tournament, especially during the games. It was an incredible thrill, thank you. And just thank you to my fans and people who support me. Thanks for the nice comments. We will come back, as they say, stronger. Obviously there were many aspects of the game where we could have done better. But let’s improvise and move on. Next we will have “Int”, so we will try to show decent play and decent results there.
