[ How much is your word, and do you feel that players are trying to push their opinion? ] In general, I have never been a supporter of some tyrant’s approach, that my word is law and that’s how it should be: only this way and no other way. Because overall the game itself is dynamic. In it, I would say, there are sometimes no super obvious patterns. Therefore, there is always room for discussion in the game. You discuss, together come to something common, to some kind of consensus, try to direct your understanding of the game in one direction.

Even here, I just always share my opinion, share what seems important to me, and try to guide the guys somewhere. It's just hard to argue with it overall. I don’t take my opinion out of nowhere. That is, I try to back it up with some facts, arguments, and somehow clearly show why it works, but it doesn’t work very well.

The players are not fools either; they still understand what’s what and how the game as a whole works. Therefore, you don’t have to push your opinion too hard. But if any disputes arise, we just try, maybe, to listen to some other opinion. Well, or there’s nothing wrong with just staying the same. But this, again, is rather an exception.

Overall I would just call him right-handed. He is my advisor. He and I discuss drafts together, prepare for opponents together. Somewhere he always has the right to express his opinion, to insert his word. I try to listen to this, somewhere I also pay attention.

Plus, he also doesn’t try to pull the blanket over himself. He tries hard enough to tactfully and accurately express his opinion, pinpointing a specific important point that we lost sight of a little. That is, he will name some hero, remind him of some, and remind him of some situation. And I was like, “Damn, yeah, that’s right, he’s right. It’s also worth paying attention to this, guys.”

He tries to help me so that I can perform my duties better. And we just talk together about Dota, about the vision of the game, how to play and it helps a lot in preparation.
