Nix considers the low rating of by_Owl and Brother Rostik on BetBoom Streamers Battle to be imbalanced

Streamer Alexander Nix Levin spoke about the updated internal rating of potential participants in the next tournament of the BetBoom Streamers Battle series for Dota 2. During the broadcast on Twitch, he noted that Vladislav Vlad Protasenya should have received a higher rating.

Rostik's brother - 75 here, I think (laughs). Look, this guy plays really [cool]. I’ll explain why 75. Because he hides his real rating. He constantly plays on accounts purchased empty. No one understands at all what kind of account he has. I think that Brother Rostika really plays better than Alagon. No joke. And he was fired on very high MMR accounts, as he said in a voice-over. There is also a story that he does not have a main. That is, it is impossible to trust him. There are also a bunch of fakaps where they are sitting in the draft, they say to him: “Will you play on Ringmaster?”, he replies: “Yes, I have it platinum.” He takes Ringmaster, but he has zero games on Ringmaster on this account. That is, he has an account on which he plays, no one knows about him, and he does not show it on BetBoom Streamers Battle specifically so that his points will be lowered. I believe that for this [lying] he should be disqualified from the tournament. But [they gave] him 75. That is, it is not clear: maybe he has 14 thousand MMR, maybe 12 thousand - no one knows. But at least he’s already been burned a bunch of times that he’s playing on purchased accounts. At least we play on mains. That is, he can have absolutely any MMR. I'll tell you this, from people I trust, there is information that he has a lot of MMR. In general, if I were the organisers, I would disqualify him. Because a rule is needed for a person to play on a main account, and not just on purchased accounts.

Levin believes that Yulia also received an unfairly low rating by_Owl Ivleva.

_Owl, I think, is the most brutal cheat in the entire history of BetBoom Streamers Battle. This, roughly speaking, is what makes it possible to break the system. Here she is and Brother Rostik - these are two people who should be evaluated outside the system. Because this is a story where a person shows an account of the same level, but plays [cool]. She plays really [great], not for 33 points. Ask any person: “Who would you take into the lineup if your life depended on it: by_Owl, Lukawa, Vasilisa, Zloba, Ian Nepomnyashchy, LenaGol0vach or VooDooSh?” Everyone would choose by_Owl. No one would even think, because she plays really [cool], she has a huge pool of heroes, she holds position [excellently], she has super cool KDA in every game, she lanes cool, presses her buttons - she really does everything. I believe that this is the reason why the cap breaks. She has the highest number of wins in these tournaments because when she is in the lineup, it is easier to take a hype player. I think she is underrated because she is a girl. But I think that here you need to look at skill. She has a very high personal level of play. I would be happy if she played in our lineup. I'm sure we would take all the tourists. And so it happens: those with whom she plays win. Look, she played with TpaBoMaH and iLTW - almost all victories. Now I came to Koma - almost all victories. Or, damn it, top 3 at least. The funny thing is that people judge her by the fact that she is a girl and that she has, like, a low MMR. But she's nominally better. This is why this point system was invented, so that you look at skill based on how a person plays, and not how much MMR he has and what gender he is. That is, she has a high intelligence, because she wins poker tournaments, and so on. You can clearly see how it impacts. She doesn't play for her points, she plays better. No offense to the same Lukawa, I would have taken the over by_Owl without even thinking about it. And even over Ubica... In short, for me she is a cheat. And this is exactly what needs to be recorded and her level outside the game assessed. She should be given at least 50 points.

With BetBoom Streamers Battle 13, the organizers introduced the BSB rating, designed to balance the teams. Competitors in the competition are assessed on a 100-point scale, taking into account their current MMR, experience playing on the professional stage and BetBoom Streamers Battle, as well as current form and other factors. Captains must assemble a roster that fits within a certain point limit. Before the new season, the player ratings were updated.
