The organizers noted that KW may be involved in foul play. As a result, the team was awarded a technical defeat in all matches of Group B. The EPL did not specify what exactly was the reason for the suspension.
According to the Liquipedia portal, the main roster included two representatives of Russia: Arthur Retsu Kotsoev and Mikhail lupsione Lapochkin. Their compatriots under the nicknames keetai and charon baby were announced as stand-ins.
EPL Masters I takes place online from July 26 to August 12. 16 teams are competing for a prize fund of $100 thousand.
