It's the first setback for the Danish-majority roster since Filip "NEO" Kubski took charge of the squad. Astralis are still alive in BLAST Bounty following a come-from-behind victory over Nemesis in the Round of 32.
Henrich "sl3nd" Hevesi put in a 1.54 rating as INFINITE defeated Nemesis in the only three-map series of the day. Gentle Mates ran over Walczaki , while Echo beat Nuclear TigeRES for the second time in the qualifier.
The top two teams from each group will now enter the single-elimination playoffs, which will be played out over the weekend. The opening round will be headlined by a clash between Ninjas in Pyjamas and HEROIC in a rematch of last week's Stake Ranked Episode 3 upper bracket final .
Two teams will lock in spots at StarSeries Fall, joining Vitality , Natus Vincere , FURIA , MOUZ and the winners of the North American and South American qualifiers at the $500,000 LAN in September.
