Magixx learned a lot from the captain, Hally worked with him a lot on an individual basis. I saw a lot of positives when magixx came to captain and how to work with it. At the moment I didn’t understand when there were bad results, because in that case it’s hard to make optimal decisions, you need to start somewhere. And we found this way. Magixx is doing well so far, which is great. I think he has great potential as a captain and leader. He has only been playing for six months and won his first championship. By comparison, apEX has achieved great heights at only 32 years old with a very strong player pool. He’s won before, no doubt, the dude knows how to win, I’m not talking about that. What I mean is that it is in the captain’s role that there are other aspects that you must implement. It's less about individual play, more about a tactical plan, a communication plan, authority, trust. Even the players should be encouraged.

Magixx became captain of Team Spirit in December 2025, replacing Leonid chopper Vishnyakov. Under Vorobiev's leadership, the club won PGL Astana 2026 and took 3rd-4th place at IEM Cologne Major 2026.
