I didn't really like strategy games before. My brother played mostly Warcraft III. My mother and I completed Warcraft. [ Mother? ] Mom completed Warcraft, twice, in my opinion. Two companies. Then my brother downloaded Dota. I said: “I will never go into this shit in my life.” And then they played Dota... I had two brothers, we had one PC for three of us. And they played Dota, and I had nothing left to do, and I also went to play Dota with them. I simply have no choice. When you have two brothers playing Dota, you have nothing else to do.

When I first started playing Dota, I played as a carry. Or the forest rangers. I don't remember much. Played on Wraith King, Ursa. Then, more consciously, in the moment, I sat with my brother and said: “I wish I could learn to play Invoker.” From now on I start playing Invoker. Slowly I started and started and started, I probably played about 100 games on Invoker, and then something started to happen. [Was this mid Invoker? ] Yes. Then I moved full to mid. And it was already developing in the mid lane. [ Why did you even choose one of the most difficult heroes? For fun? ] Just for fun. It's cool, actually.

When you have a rank of 1,000 or 1,500, who will give you mid? And I played all the roles that were given to me, which were allowed to me with the approval, so to speak, of my elders. I played in these roles, then somehow I realized that I was better at supporting. And then, before I joined the first team, I decided that I would play on the “four” team, because it was more fun. She's such a varied role. You can do as you see.

[Can you give some advice to young people on how to get into a pro team? How to do this now? Because in Dota it seems to be more difficult now and it feels more difficult. Or will you dispel my myths now? And vice versa you will say: “No, easy.”]. It used to be easier. I already had a red rank when I joined my first team. I had top 90, top 80. [What year is this? ] 2023rd, or 2024th. Somewhere in the middle of 2023. I already played somewhere in some stacks, but this was not a team. I started writing to everyone. I wrote, in my opinion, even to Diman [Korb3n. — Approx. ed. ] when the first Yellow Submarine was created. That’s when I joined my first team, plus or minus.

I wrote to everyone I could. I was invited to One Move. I played very poorly there at the beginning. I don't know how they got me, actually. This was my first competitive experience. The tests seem to be quite good, but the first official ones are complete crap. I played something like 4/20 there, I think.
