PlayTime expelled DarkMago, Vintage and Frank from the team after allegations of unfair play at EWC 2026

Esports organization PlayTime has announced the departure of mid laner Herrera Martinez 'DarkMago' Osvaldo Gonzalo, offlaner Frank Alberto 'Frank' Aries Ayala and sporting director Juan David 'Vintage' Angulo Nijo. The announcement took place on the club’s social networks.

At the Esports World Cup 2026, organizers postponed the PlayTime vs. Vici Gaming match due to “an issue related to the integrity of the competition.” Later, ESIC reported that PlayTime members Herrera Martinez 'DarkMago' Osvaldo Gonzalo and Juan David 'Vintage' Angulo Nijo were temporarily suspended from performing on the pro stage. The team received a technical defeat and left the competition.

Earlier, PlayTime support Elvis 'Scofield' De la Cruz Pena stated that he was not involved in dishonest actions within the framework of the Esports World Cup 2026, of which his team is accused.
