PlayTime received a technical defeat in the match against Vici Gaming at EWC 2026

The PlayTime team received a technical defeat in the series against Vici Gaming in the first round of the survival stage of the Esports World Cup 2026 in Dota 2.

The match was initially postponed due to an ongoing investigation by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) into possible breaches of competitive integrity. After the organizers' decision, the meeting did not take place - PlayTime received a technical defeat with a score of 0-2 and left the tournament.

The reason for the decision was the temporary suspension of two team representatives. ESIC has suspended PlayTime's mid laner Herrera Martinez 'DarkMago' Osvaldo Gonzalo and the team's sports director Juan David 'Vintage' Angulo Nijo from professional competitions pending the outcome of the investigation.
