The first day was not particularly successful, and then we gradually gained momentum. I can’t say that the drafts somehow worked out perfectly, because, again, different teams, different styles of play, different priorities in terms of characters. Over time, it became much easier for me. Already by the game with PARIVISION, for example, I began to understand quite well which heroes I want to rate and see for which roles. Moreover, they seem to correspond to our style of play, which is how we usually won.

The same games with PARIVISION, if you remember, in general I’m also happy with everything. No matter what anyone says, Naga is not Naga, sorry, but Naga and Phoenix should stand the line of Dark Willow and Slardar without a chance. I don't know how to lane them with heroes. Closer to PARIVISION, Liquid, Yandex - they held a draft in almost every game. Except, probably, the second one with Liquid. I just couldn't adapt properly. [...]

The dynamics, it seems to me, are still positive. We tried, we all somehow tried to work on our game. I also tried to pay as much attention as possible to replays, preparation, and drafts. That is, touch on all possible aspects of the game. I also help the guys on the support somewhere. In general, I try to suggest something to each player, point out some important points, in my opinion. All the guys listen, everyone tries, everyone generally agrees with what I say. Together we come to some common understanding of what is the best thing to do, what is the best way to play.

I think, maybe not everything is remembered right away, not quickly, but if you continue to hammer some important information into your head, over time some kind of awareness, insight will come, and you’ll be like: “Yes, now we’re doing this. We will do this and everything will be clear.”

It seems to me that now there are, say, five or six teams that play evenly, plus or minus. And it all depends on the day you woke up. Everyone has bad days and good days. Well, and drafts, of course.
