The second coach of Team Spirit in Dota 2, Yaroslav Miposhka Naydenov, spoke about the approach to joint preparation of the team for matches. In a vlog on the club’s YouTube channel, he noted that he acts as a softer mentor, and manager Dmitry Korb3n Belov can set more stringent demands.
