m0NESY sets Grand Slam goal as Falcons target a new CS2 era

Team Falcons sniper Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov has outlined the team’s ambitions in CS2, saying they want to challenge for tournament victories more consistently and establish long-term dominance on the professional scene. His stated objective is to win a Grand Slam and build an era of their own, rather than collect major titles only occasionally.

Team Falcons will begin their ESL Pro League Season 24 playoff campaign on October 9. Their opening opponent will be Team Spirit, setting up an important test for Osipov and his teammates as they pursue a stronger run of results in the second half of the season.

The Falcons’ most recent tier-one championship came in June, when Osipov’s team won IEM Cologne Major 2026. That victory remains the latest top-level title on their record ahead of the upcoming playoff meeting with Spirit.

ColdMath take

The playoff opener against Team Spirit will show whether Falcons can turn their Grand Slam ambition into immediate progress. Their June title provides the latest benchmark for the team’s current level.

A strong run in ESL Pro League Season 24 would give Falcons an early opportunity to build the consistency m0NESY says the team is seeking.
