M80 eliminate arT-less Legacy from EPL

The Brazilian team struggled in Katowice without their captain.

M80 kept their ESL Pro League Season 24 campaign afloat at the expense of Legacy , beating the Brazilian team on Cache (13-4) and Dust2 (13-7) on either side of a loss on Mirage (9-13).

The result is inconsequential in the Major race with both M80 and Legacy assured of their spots in Singapore, and Legacy can't be too disappointed with their exit as they were hamstrung in Katowice with in-game leader Andrei "arT" Piovezan absent due to illness.

Their analyst and stand-in, Pedro "bobz" Rocha , expectedly struggled to keep up individually in arT 's place, averaging a 0.68 rating over 10 maps. He ended Cache with a 0.27 rating as M80 romped to victory off the back of a 2.30-rated showing from Elias "s1n" Stein , but the American-majority side couldn't close the series in two despite leading 7-2 on Mirage.

bobz helped in Legacy 's recovery effort on the map, posting a 1.52 CT rating alongside 2.20 and 1.84-rated showings from Bruno "latto" Rebelatto and Santino "try" Rigal , which held M80 to just two rounds in the second half and forced a Dust2 decider.

M80 didn't stumble, though, and another solid map from s1n ensured they didn't let the series spiral out of control. A few individual highlight moments from latto and messy rounds from M80 stopped Legacy from getting completely blown out, but M80 eventually closed out the series, 13-7.
