I think it takes time to figure out a lot of things before you can connect and make more of an impact. I'm trying to get to know the team as quickly as possible because the season has just started and the schedule is very tight. So, of course, there is still a lot of work. However, it has always been this way - it’s just part of the game. Every captain, every person is different to some extent. Everyone works differently. So, yes, it takes time to work with HooXi, find a common language and build our workflow.

Kubski joined Astralis in July. Prior to this, NEO was a mentor for FaZe Clan for three years. The organization parted ways with the coach in March 2026. With him, the team reached the finals of majors three times and won several tier-1 tournaments.
