Valve has changed the rules by which a team's region is determined. According to the new regulations, in order to be linked to another region, the roster must perform in it for at least three months. The CS2 developers clarified that the rules also apply to PGL Major Singapore 2026, so BCGame, which changed the region at the end of September after signing Tyson asap Paterson, lost its chance to play at the championship.
