Each team has an analyst who collects information on the enemy, prepares it in a convenient form for the coach and captain, and sends the file. Accordingly, preparation may look different for different teams. For some it is 30 pages of information, for others it is 5 pages of information. In our case, everything is simple, we have a very cool analyst. He sends information on rating matches, on scrims that teams play with us, again, not with others - we cannot have information about two opponents at once - and a standard map on wards and movements. You can't mess around. Firstly, there is simply no Internet there. Because before every official match, the admin comes, takes out the hard drive on which players play public games all day, and puts in a special SSD on which TeamSpeak and Dota are already installed. Yes, there is no internet there, so there is nothing you can do at all. You can only use your own printouts.

The way the bracket is formed makes the matches quite challenging. They choose based on the most wins. As a result, we fought against very strong opponents. We played against Nigma Galaxy, who are 4-1, and we played against BetBoom Team and Team Falcons, who are 3-2. We played against Team Yandex, which no one wanted to take, and Team Liquid, which was also 4-1. Of the top teams, we only didn’t play with PARIVISION. It is clear that they do what they must. But why exactly?

At every tournament in the last 10 years, coaches have been included in TeamSpeak during the draft. But for some reason at this TI, coaches don't have access to TeamSpeak. And if I want to talk to a player during the draft, I have to shout across the room or walk back and forth. I was completely off my feet. I don't understand what this is all about. Why such a rule?
