Treant Protector, Largo and Lina were the most likely to get banned in TI15 group stage matches

During the Dota 2 group stage of The International 2026, Treant Protector, Keeper of the Light, Largo and Lina were more often unavailable for selection than other heroes. The statistics were presented by the website Spectral.gg.

Treant Protector was banned 101 times, Keeper of the Light 76 times, and Largo and Lina 63 and 62 times respectively. The heroes with the highest pick rates were Hoodwink (55 cards), Mirana (51) and Centaur Warrunner (43). At the same time, 22 characters were never used by teams: among them Meepo, Warlock, Anti-Mage, Lich, Marci and Bristleback.

TI15 group stage matches took place from August 13 to 16. Based on their results, eight teams were determined that will compete in the playoffs of the tournament. More details about the interim results can be found in the report.
