BESTIA exits Valorant and releases its full roster

BESTIA has announced its departure from Valorant and released its entire roster. The organization said the decision was connected to its plans for 2027, meaning all players are now free agents. BESTIA also thanked the lineup for its effort, commitment and achievements during its short time together.

The team initially competed as Melser Kindergarten with David Olivares, Marco “Melser” Machuca Amaro, Fabian “Shyy” Usnayo, Vicente “Tacolilla” Compagnon and chubizin. The lineup won six of its first eight matches before BESTIA formally signed the roster. In June, Shyy moved to FURIA’s starting lineup, while Lorenzo “Loss” Suffredini de Biazzi joined BESTIA on loan.

Despite the change, BESTIA won Challengers 2026: LATAM South ACE Stage 2, defeating KRÜ SPARK 3-2, and then claimed the VCL 26: Latin America Finals. The result secured a place in the VCT 2026: Americas Stage 2 Play-Ins. BESTIA lost 1-2 to KRÜ Esports, beat Cloud9 2-0, and was eliminated after a 0-2 defeat by G2 Esports. Melser, Tacolilla, David and chubizin have announced free agency; Loss has returned to FURIA.

ColdMath take

Melser, Tacolilla, David and chubizin must now find new opportunities for 2027. The possibility of the trio remaining together could shape the next stage of their careers, while Loss returns to FURIA’s rebuilding project.
