GamerLegion saunter past JiJieHao for EWC playoffs

The Asian side could not repeat the heroics that got them past Spirit.

GamerLegion are the first team into the Esports World Cup playoffs after defeating JiJieHao 2-0 (13-3, 13-8).

Ancient began in a similar vein, although JiJieHao did pick up a smattering of rounds later on. Sebastian "⁠Tauson⁠" Tauson Lindelof in particular was excellent, following up his flying one-tap from Dust2 with a great 3k entry in map two and a 1.80 rating.

GamerLegion now progress to playoffs with their confidence boosted, while JJH are left wondering what happened to the team that beat the VRS #1 just yesterday.
